One of the things we strive to offer is full transparency between the developers and the client. That's why we have implemented a Project Management platform that we call Pulse. It offers you the Pulse of your project. Pulse has several advantages.

Projects

It can manage several projects in the same time. Each project can have several versions and modules and you can estimate the project progress each day. Each project has access control lists and we can manage several projects per client. At the end of the both we can track all the time spent for all the projects for a client and send a detailed list.

Tasks

Each project can have multiple tasks that are assigned to one programmer. Each task has a strict workflow that the developer is following. The tasks passes through several stages such as New - Assigned - In progress - Solved - Verified - Closed. At any point the client or the project manager can monitor the status of all the tasks.

Timesheet

We estimate the time necessary for each task and we track the time spent on each task. In this way, you will be able to see what the developers have been working from day 1 of the project until the end.
