We follow 6 steps to turn your idea into a project and at the end into a final product.

Step 1 - Project evaluation

Based on your functional analysis or your project idea, we create a project plan based on tasks each with their own deliverables: time and costs.

Step 2 - Project kick-off

Once the project proposal is accepted, we setup an SVN repository for the project and implement the project plan in our project management platform Pulse and we have our kick-off meeting via Skype.

Step 3 - Project rolling

We start to implement the project plan and keep contact with you every week. You can track the project progress via Pulse

Step 4 - First beta, 2nd beta and ...

We deliver a first beta for an evaluation and then we work on revision 1 and revision 2, until the project is closed and accepted.

Step 5 - Project delivery

The projected is packed and ready for delivery. We install the platform on the production server.

Step 6 - Maintenance

We offer 6 months guarantee of free patches and upgrades to ensure that the project plan has been fully implemented.
