With the completion of a project targeted for the China and Japan market we have increased our expertise in using Drupal for Chinese and Japanese languages. We have overcome the challenges to implement Drupal in a multi-language and multi-site setup with a result that is rewarding for us, the team and the partners involved in the project.

A major Spanish media company focusing on corporate social responsibility and related topics, www.corresponsables.com is their main publishing platform for news and events concerning CSR in Spain.
We have finalised and launch the website for INPPA Cluj at www.inppa-cluj.ro . Based on our client request, we have created a full personalized design and performed the implementation for the 
website on a modern CMS. INPPA is a Romanian institute for the formal and non-formal education of lawyers and law practitioners. It has an active role in the management of educational qualifications for lawyers in the Cluj area. The presentation of the new site was held at the debut conference for the new academic year of 2011 for INPPA Cluj. The conference was attended by Mr. Adrian Pintilie, Managing Director of Softescu, in Cluj on 14th of March 2011.

Softescu is glad to announce that has finalized for an US client the transition of Bio Careers from a custom platform to a Drupal based platform. Bio Careers is a complex portal featuring a multi-site and multi-theme arhitecture capable to host more than 100 mini-sites. Bio Careers is the first and only career service dedicated to expanding professional options for life science PhDs and MDs. The service provides online career resources and job postings to post-graduate and alumni candidates, and recruitment services to employers. The portal has been implemented on a high-performance scalable architecture running Drupal on Nginx with advanced caching at database level and front-end level on a cloud-based architecture.
On 17th of June 2010 in partnership with Deloitte BVI and with the support of BVI Tourism Board we are going to organize the seminar "How do you reach your customer?" in British Virgin Islands, Hotel Treasure Isle. The seminar has two parts: A "Tourism Business Metrics" workshop and an interactive seminar on "Social Media Marketing for the Tourism Industry". Tailored for the tourism industry, the seminar will present how tourism entities can identify & define target groups, type of visitors, define tourism metrics (visit repeats, scorecards, customer loyalty, cost of acquisition) as well as showcase how tourism entities can target their audience using social media networks.
Nana Fashion and Avanpremiere Concept have contracted Softescu to develop the main website for the international fashion festival Cluj Fashion Week 14-17 April 2010. "Cluj Fashion Week" it's an International fashion show featuring Romanian and international designers during four days of shows, featuring 105 tones of lighting and sound equipment, over 200 models and more than 20 designers. The portal offers vital information to the exhibitors and visitors of the fashion show and manages the reservation process for the access of the show and is accessible at http://www.cfw.ro.

Monitool is a next-generation uptime monitoring service for webs, web services and virtual servers. It focus is on prevention of downtimes rather than post downtime alert. Monitool is being developed by Softescu as a new technological startup. Monitool has entered the final stages of production and the public beta will be available at the end of February 2010.
Monitool will complete the vertical of Softescu’s services to develop, integrate, host, maintain and monitor complex web portals. Monitool will be a service open to other customers and service providers.
