Evolving a workforce management SaaS marketing website through multiple redesign cycles
How Softescu built, redesigned, and continuously evolved a B2B workforce management SaaS marketing website on Drupal — delivering multiple full design iterations, a Drupal upgrade, HubSpot blog integration, and a long-term cadence of feature and content updates.
Technologies: Drupal, PHP, Bootstrap, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, SCSS
The Challenge
A B2B workforce management platform serving enterprise clients across multiple industries needed a marketing website that could keep pace with rapid product evolution and a growing range of industry-specific propositions. The site had to communicate complex SaaS capabilities — staff planning, employee app features, team leader workflows, and availability management — in a way that resonated with procurement-oriented buyers across different verticals.
Over a multi-year engagement, the challenge shifted from initial build to continuous strategic redesign: each design cycle required a full rethink of messaging hierarchy, page structure, and component architecture — while maintaining development continuity, multi-language support, and integrations with the wider marketing stack including HubSpot and Google Tag Manager.
Our Solution
Softescu delivered the website through a series of structured design and development cycles — each one bringing a new visual direction, updated page architecture, and refined content strategy. The team built and rebuilt key sections including the homepage, industry-specific landing pages, pricing page, developer-facing page, and dedicated pages for the Employee App and Teamleader App — iterating from initial launch through multiple adaptation cycles to a full redesign sprint.
A major technical milestone was the Drupal platform upgrade and Bootstrap 4 adaptation, which modernised the underlying infrastructure without disrupting the live site. The blog was migrated to a HubSpot-powered design to align with the client's marketing automation stack. Google Tag Manager was integrated across the site to support conversion tracking and analytics. Throughout, Softescu maintained multi-language support and built out functional pages including Contact, FAQ, Availabilities, and an Export and Reporting overview — all kept in sync across design iterations.
