Digital Transformation for the Insurance Industry
Based on our experience in digital transformation projects for large enterprises, Softescu has created a spinoff product called PROA. Under the PROA umbrella, Softescu is building a set of digital tools for the insurance industry. The first product developed is a chatbot based on the BotPress platform. The chatbot interacts with a middle and is capable of connecting with any backend system based on JSON APIs or CSV files.
